Part #1 and Part #2

 Step #3.

Meditation has become a big part of my life in 2019.

I met my 40’s birthday in the Vipassana meditation centre in New Zealand.

11 days of isolation with no connection with the outer world. No mobile phone, no TV, no interaction with other people.

So, your lockdown is nothing compared to this.

In these 11 days I have spoken with one person once or twice only for a few seconds just to ask a question about my meditation experience and received only one reply – keep going.

Wake up at 4 am.

The first meditation starts at 4.30 am.

One hour. Short break.

And then again, and again.

Time to go for a walk in a bush.

Inner and outer.

For 11 days.

It was one of the most powerful experiences in my life and I will definitely do it again.

Not for everyone though.

Only if you do want to know more about yourself.

No one can tell you about yourself that you can comprehend in 11 days having only yourself and your inner world as a company.

Since then, I’ve been meditating almost every day, most of the time even twice a day.

It was my weapon against stress and it significantly improved my self-awareness.

So, it’s been a while since I’ve made it my daily routine.

But if you remember, in my previous post I mentioned that I enrolled for a free 2 weeks business training course organised by Rebel Business School.

At the same time, as I mentioned before, I’ve made a decision to make my own business project happen no matter what.

To support my decision, I started an online meditation course that was based on the Method Silva mediation technique.

I know, it can sound a bit over the top, but I promised to share with you my journey and my experience as it is.

Here we go. I started both, online meditation courses and business training.

One more thing I forgot to tell you. Right before, I finished reading a few awesome books that have also influenced my decision to start my own business.

I will share all the useful links with you later.

So, all these action steps have placed me in a state of FLOW.

What it means, I’ve become open-minded enough and extremely focused on one goal only – start my own business.

I had no idea what to do, no understanding of how.

But I did two simple and affordable steps towards my dream that have started to transform into a real goal.

And less than two weeks later I almost stumbled across an opportunity that changed everything.

It was a digital marketing course that promised to give me skills on how to launch an online business from scratch.

I will always remember this ad on YouTube. As soon I saw it, my conscious mind decided to skip it. But my subconscious mind was ready for a change. I recognised a guy in this ad.

I’ve already subscribed to his email list a year or two ago but unsubscribed not long after because I was too sceptical about it.

No, not about online business. I knew that many people are running online businesses. Coaches, Web designers, blog writers, YouTubers…

In fact, I followed a few of them as I was fascinated by what they do in the online space and I was so inspired by the lifestyle they have.

What I was really sceptical about is… myself.

I simply didn’t believe that I can do business online or change my life.

I have my notebook in front of me now.

It is almost finished, but if I go to the beginning, I can find this…

My goal is to start my own business that will motivate and inspire me and my clients.

It should be an online product or service.

It should inspire people to follow their dreams…

It was written more than 2 years ago.

For 2 years my scepticism was holding me back!

I started my online venture in April 2021.

Since then, I’ve learned quite a lot of things:

– How to create my website

– How to set up minisite and Landing pages

– How to create a Facebook group (thank you for following as it has 56 members now!)

– How to start my own blog

I have also created my first video (you can check it on the home page of my website).

Learned how to write copies for video ads and many other things that I had no clue about a few months earlier.

Things like google analytics, google tag manager, conversions, funnels, lead captures etc…

In 3 months, time…

What if I would start 2 years earlier?…

No, I do not regret it.

More than that.

I am very grateful to have this experience that I can honestly share with you.

Cause I can confidently say now that if you ever thought about starting a business or something that you are really passionate about, please, please, do it!

Do not waste your pressures and time and GO FOR IT!

No matter how scary it is.

Even starting from scratch, you will be way further in a few days and far away in three months, or a year of time.

Just do it as soon as possible.

Start from something that will push you into a flow state, that will make your next step towards your dream almost inevitable and you will be surprised how quickly everything will start to change around you.

With all honesty, I can say that the best investment you can do is to invest in yourself. In your life.

This will come with fears and doubts.

But fears and doubts are not real.

They are just in your mind.

What are real the consequences of the actions you take to change your life?

But how to fight fears and have the right mindset that will help you to change everything?

Well… This is what my blog is about.

Keep following and I will share with you more of my experience, as this is exactly why I started it.

– To inspire like-minded people who have the entrepreneurial spirit to follow their dream.

In my next post, I will share with you the power of the question “Why?” which will help you to take action. Action that may change everything…
